At Eleven Sixteen and Co. we stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with them. We will do our best to take care of our customers dealing with any returns or questions fairly and in a timely matter.
Please look over your order as soon as you receive it.
If you received defective, incorrect products or are missing products from your order, please contact us within 5 days.
- No restocking fees.
- Merchandise will be returned for a Gift Card that will be sent to the e-mail address provided at checkout.
- All discounted items are final and cannot be returned.
- All returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and with the original sewn in tags still attached to the item.
- No perfume, deodorant, makeup stains, pet hair, or any odors should be on the clothing.
- Please include your original packing slip. Or if you do not have that write your order number, name, items be returned with reason why on a blank piece of paper.
